1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the bos889 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://bos889.cam.
• "Member" / "Player" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the bos889 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a Member to access platform services.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Member's account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Member subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sports event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gaming product offered by the platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process, which requires Members to submit valid government-issued identification documents.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all scheduling references on this platform unless otherwise stated.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole accepted currency on the bos889 platform.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The bos889 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. bos889 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bos889 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The platform is operated from an offshore jurisdiction under international gaming licensing frameworks. We make no representation that our services are legal or appropriate for use in any specific location. By accessing the platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you and that you access our services of your own free will.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the bos889 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account with bos889:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, or associates of bos889 or its affiliated companies.
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from the platform or whose accounts have been terminated for misconduct.
• Individuals acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account with bos889, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change after registration.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bos889 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or policy violations may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

3.4 Account Suspension by bos889

bos889 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, provision of false registration information, chargebacks, or irregular betting patterns.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement

bos889 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals. As part of this KYC process, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk), a valid passport, or another government-issued photo identification document acceptable to bos889.

4.2 Additional Documentation

In addition to identity documents, bos889 may request proof of payment method (such as a photograph of your bank account passbook or e-wallet screenshot), proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation for high-value accounts or where enhanced due diligence is required.

4.3 Verification Timeline

Once you submit your KYC documents, our compliance team will review them within one (1) to three (3) business days. You will be notified by email or live chat upon completion of the verification process. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. bos889 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

4.4 Right to Refuse

bos889 reserves the right to refuse verification and close an account if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, altered, or otherwise unacceptable. In such cases, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending further investigation, and relevant authorities may be notified in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bos889 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following verified Indonesian payment channels:

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source where possible, or held pending investigation. bos889 accepts no liability for delays caused by incorrect deposit details provided by the Member.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or e-wallet used to make the original deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to protect Members against fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during business hours (WIB), though complex verification cases may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard Members may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction and up to Rp 100.000.000 per day. VIP Members are subject to individually negotiated limits communicated through their dedicated account manager. bos889 reserves the right to apply additional review procedures to any withdrawal that exceeds standard thresholds.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the bos889 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bos889 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be converted to IDR at the prevailing rate applied by our payment processors, and any associated conversion costs will be borne by the Member.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bos889 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of ten times (10x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal from the bonus balance or associated winnings may be requested. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. bos889 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated. Members who have opted into a bonus may not withdraw their real-money balance until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, unless they elect to forfeit the bonus entirely.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to extract value without genuine gaming intent — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspension of the account, and a permanent ban from all future promotions.

6.5 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's account without notice. bos889 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

bos889 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including after a bet has been placed, where it suspects an error in odds, system malfunction, suspicious betting activity, or any other circumstance that warrants review. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Member's account balance.

7.2 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets — including markets for BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, the AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are governed by the rules published in our sportsbook help section. Asian Handicap (voor bola, the dominant handicap format used in Indonesia and Southeast Asia), mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and Over/Under markets are each subject to their respective rule sets, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.3 Togel and Lottery Rules

All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets — including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau markets — are settled in accordance with the official draw results published by the relevant issuing authority. In the event of a dispute regarding draw results, the official published result shall be final and binding. bos889 accepts no liability for losses arising from Member misunderstanding of bet types, prize structures, or draw schedules.

7.4 Casino and Live Game Rules

All casino and live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, bos889 will apply the game provider's standard disconnection policy, which typically resolves the round based on the last confirmed game state. Members should ensure a stable internet connection before participating in live casino games.

7.5 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect prize calculation, or any other anomaly, bos889 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members. No claims for winnings arising from obvious errors will be honored.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bos889 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting the platform's promotional offers or pricing errors.
• Colluding with other players, platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Laundering money or using the platform for any financial transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent the single-account policy or to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Facilitating access to the platform for any individual who is ineligible under these Terms, including minors.

9 Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of bos889.

The bos889 name, logo, and all related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

The bos889 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

11.2 Exclusion of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos889 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

11.3 Cap on Liability

In any event, bos889's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11.4 Force Majeure

bos889 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, widespread internet outages, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures.

12 Privacy & Data

Your use of the bos889 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. 13 Amendments

bos889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos889 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits bos889's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the platform.
